As General Manager, Niamh oversees the management of the companies’ operations and staff across the organisations and areas in which the company operates. Niamh ensures communication lines are patent 24/7, Health Board and RQIA regulation correspondence is submitted in a timely fashion. Niamh has spearheaded the company’s progression in developing efficient processes and custom CRM systems.
I joined Trackars (now Kingdom Healthcare) in 2018 working three shifts per week around my families schedule. Throughout the Covid Pandemic I nurse one complex client in his own home. This is both rewarding and a truly person centred. Trackars ensured small competent teams remain with one patient, we are supplied with appropriate PPE, training opportunities and an excellent weekly wage including paid holiday leave.
